Base Rack 

The rack contains ready to install slots for three (3) Universal Chemcassette? analysers, the data acquisition center,  redundant pumps and power supplies, a touch screen display, and an accessory kit. The Accessory Kit includes backup CDs of all appropriate software, electronic manual, installation drawings, auxiliary analyser key and 50 feet (15m) of exhaust tubing.  This rack should be ordered with one of the relay or serial communications interfaces detailed in this price list.

The maximum number of Universal Chemcassette? analysers per system is three (3). The selection of each Pyrolyzer analyser takes the place of two (2) adjoining Universal Chemcassette? analysers. For example, a system with one (1) Pyrolyzer analyser can only have one (1) Universal Chemcassette? analyser. 

Vertex M?


Vertex M? is an extremely cost effective, continuous hazardous gas monitor, capable o monitoring up to 24 points with 3 analysers in a small footprint. Sampling points can be up to 400 feet (121m) from the monitor and routed to more than one analyser. The rack comes completely ready for easy, in-field expansion up to 24 points. The rack contains the back-up of the pump and power supplies. The data acquisition center is complete with two hot swappable 60 gigabyte hard drives, a read/write CD, high speed modem, touch keypad, and the LCD touchmonitor, using surface wave technology, has 1024 x 768 resolution with an antiglare surface.


The 8-point Chemcassette? Analysers are universal and are configurable on site. Each 8-point Pyrolyzer analyser for NF3 takes the space of two universal analysers. Maximum number of Pyrolyzers in one rack is one (1). Optional communication capabilities include: LonWorks, DeviceNet, Profibus, ControlNet, Modbus Plus, DF1 interface which is configurable for RS 485, RS 422 or RS 232, and isolated 4-20mA. Vertex? is capable of detecting more than 40 different gases.
